The application site is now closed. The site was open from November 1, 2014 through November 30 (5:00AM PST). Graduate students pursuing a PhD (including MS students, such as those enrolled in an MS/PhD program or those continuing onto a PhD) in a field related to human-robot interaction, were encouraged to submit the following materials:

• Extended abstract — an anonymized, two-page description of the applicant's past, current, or proposed work (templates available) covering:
  • the key research questions/motivation of the applicant's work,
  • background and related work that informs the research,
  • the research approach and methodology, and
  • results to date (if any) and a description of remaining work.
• CV — a two-page curriculum vitae.
