Notification of acceptance were sent out on December 25, 2014. Authors of accepted submissions have until January 7, 2015 to (a) confirm attendance and (b) submit the camera-ready versions extended abstracts.

Accepted abstracts will be published alongside Late-Breaking Reports in the "extended abstracts" proceedings of the main HRI conference (see Late-Breaking Reports), and archived in the ACM Digital Library. *Authors of accepted Pioneers abstracts will retain the copyright of their work.

All authors of accepted submissions are expected to attend the Pioneers Workshop and the main conference poster session, where they will present their work as a poster. A detailed program for the workshop and the participation guidelines for the poster session will be available after the camera-ready deadline.
