NOTE: We are still working on the program and are adding more information as we go along.
The ACM/IEEE Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) 2026 is a highly selective annual international conference for basic and applied human-robot interaction research. Researchers from across the world present their best work to HRI to exchange ideas about the theory, technology, data, and science furthering the state-of-the-art in human robot interaction.
In conjunction with the HRI conference, every year, young researchers are invited to submit their work to the Pioneers workshop. This exclusive forum seeks to foster creativity and collaboration surrounding key challenges in human-robot interaction and empower students early in their academic careers. The workshop brings together a cohort of the world's top student researchers and provides the opportunity for students to present and discuss their work with distinguished student peers and senior scholars in the field.
Partnering with either the HRI main conference or the Pioneers workshop (or both) provides a unique opportunity to connect with participants of the conference for recruiting, to learn from the state-of-the-art research being presented, and to also publicize new corporate innovations. It also allows your organization to invest in the brightest upcoming young researchers from around the world.
We offer several partnership packages, with different benefits that provide flexibility depending on partnership goals, and all tiers demonstrate public support for the impactful research of the community.
Should you have any questions or are interested in partnering with Pioneers, please contact the HRI Pioneers Sponsorship Chair: Giulia Scorza Azzara ([email protected])
